Our Web Store holds the highest respect for customers and shares a firm commitment to protect your privacy. We do not sell any of the information provided by you to any other institution. By registering and/or buying products from us online, you will automatically be added to our mailing list, but you do have the option to "opt-out" by simply clicking the opt-out button in the e-mail. You may also contact us at the store, and you will be removed immediately.
As a customer, you deserve absolute security and safe-guarding of your credit card information. Please be assured that your financial information is sent to us via encrypted data and can therefore not be hacked, received or deciphered by other merchants or people with malicious intentions. Our Web Store has taken steps to ensure your security by using the highest levels of encryption technology. Please note that orders will not be considered complete until payment has been submitted.
We take the security of your information very seriously and have taken every precaution to ensure that your transaction is secure. All your personal and account details are held on a secure web server. The Sports Car Racing Association of the Monterey Peninsula takes great care with the descriptions of the products as they appear online. The limitations of broadcasting may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications are subject to change and it is understood and agreed that neither the Sports Car Racing Association of the Monterey Peninsula or any related entity is responsible for discrepancies, either real or perceived.
We accept the following major debit and credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Items purchased from the Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca Souvenir Store can be refunded, however, the goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase and with the original store receipt. If an item is to be exchanged for a different size, it may be done so with the original receipt and all shipping charges will be at the expense of the customer.
We strive to maintain an accurate inventory for availability. If merchandise is unavailable to ship after we have processed the order, the Sports Car Racing Association of the Monterey Peninsula will issue a refund for the merchandise not received.
Orders placed and approved will not have shipping refunded.

Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca ships UPS Ground or the United States Postal Service. We take great care in packing your order to ensure the best quality and condition of our products. Please note that all shipping costs and options provided are based on the carrier's real time and zip codes.
Placing and Shipping of Orders:
Orders placed by 8 a.m. PST, will be processed by the next business day. Any orders placed after that will not ship until the following business day. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday. Orders placed and approved will not have shipping refunded. When an exchange is necessary the customer will incur all shipping fees associated with the process.
Customers will be responsible for any additional charges due to an incorrect mailing address.

We do not require a signature on receipt of the order. However, we recommend that someone is present to receive the package.
If you choose to have the carrier leave the package without a delivery signature, you agree to indemnify and hold the carrier and Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca harmless from any resulting claim.

Additional International Shipping Charges:
Customer is responsible for all custom charges incurred at international borders.
