Our Web Store holds the highest respect for its customers and guarantees our firm commitment to use its best efforts to protect your privacy. We do not sell any of the information provided by you to any other institutions. By registering with us and/or buying products from us online, you will automatically be added to our mailing list, but you do have the option to "opt-out". If at anytime you would like to be removed from our list, simply click the opt-out button in the e-mail or contact us at the store, and you will be removed immediately.
As a customer, you reserve the right to be concerned about the security of your credit card information. Please be assured that your financial information is sent to us via encrypted data and can therefore not be hacked, received, or deciphered by other merchants or mean people with malicious intentions. Our Web Store has taken the steps to ensure your security by using the highest levels of encryption security. Please note that no orders will be considered complete until payment has been submitted.

Sports Car Racing Association of the Monterey Peninsula takes great care with the descriptions of the products as they appear online. The limitations of broadcasting may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications are subject to change and it is understood and agreed that neither Sports Car Racing Association of the Monterey Peninsula or any related entity is responsible for discrepancies, either real or perceived.
Payment
We accept the following major debit and credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
We also accept checks and postal orders up to the value of your order. Make these items payable to: Sports Car Racing Association of the Monterey Peninsula. Call us for further details.
Return/Refund Policy
Items purchased from the Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca Souvenir Store will not be refunded, however a store credit will be issued for goods returned within 15 days of purchase and with the original store receipt. If an item is to be exchanged for a different size it may be done so with the original receipt and all shipping charges will be at the expense of the customer.
We
strive to maintain an accurate inventory for availability. If
merchandise is unavailable to ship after you have processed the order,
the Sports Car Racing Association of the Monterey Peninsula will refund
for the merchandise not recieved.
Orders placed and approved will not have shipping refunded.

Shipping Policy
Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca ships UPS Ground or the United States Postal Service. We take great care in packing your order to ensure the best quality and condition of our products. Please note that all shipping costs and options provided are based on the carrier's real time and zip codes.
Placing and Shipping of Orders:
Orders placed by 8AM PST, will be processed by the next business day. Any orders placed after that will not ship until the following business day. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday. A sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all California addresses. Orders placed and approved will not have shipping refunded. When an exchange is necessary the customer will incur all shipping fees associated with the process.
Customers will be responsible for any additional charges due to an incorrect mailing address.

Delivery Signatures:
We do not require signature on receipt of the order. However, we recommend that someone is present to receive the package.
If you choose to have the carrier leave the package without a delivery signature, you agree to indemnify and hold the carrier and Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca harmless from any resulting claim.
Special Delivery:
For Saturday delivery, please contact us at retail@MazdaRaceway.com or 1-831-242-8245. Please note that Saturday delivery may incur a greater shipping cost.
Tracking Your Order:
We will send you a status or confirmation email with your tracking number. If you think there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at retail@MazdaRaceway.com or 1-831-242-8245.
Additional International Shipping Charges:
Customer is responsible for all custom charges incurred at the International borders.
